Player sponsorship program
What better way to have your name and/or business directly connected to the club in a positive way. The package covers all of the player registration fees, playing and game day uniforms. As a sponsor, you’ll receive some great benefits including advertising space to promote your business, merch and invitations to VIP events (with complimentary drinks)!
Introducing Our NEW “CLUB DUCKS” Sponsor Management System!
Click a button above to sponsor a QAFL (Mens Colts, Devs, Seniors) or QAFLW (Womens Devs, Seniors) player. This will take you to our new “ClubDucks” sponsorship platform that will streamline sponsor sign up, invoicing, payment and allocation of sponsor and player benefits.
NOTE: You select the player you’re sponsoring in the system AFTER you have signed up and paid.
Please sign up and pay (you will recieve a tax invoice/receipt) using this system so we can efficiently manage the player sponsor program to provide you the best service!
HOW TO SPONSOR A PLAYER
1. Click on a red button above to select which option (QAFL or QAFLW) you’d like to sponsor
2. That will take you to “Club Ducks – Sponsor Connection” which is our Sponsor Portal.
3. Sign up or log in as a Sponsor (create a new account if you haven’t got one!)
4. Once logged in click “Confirm I accept Sponsorship” in the left menu
5. Click the “Review/Accept” the proposal button
6. Confirm Your Sponsorship Tier by selecting the QAFL or QAFLW option (you can download a copy of the agreements if you like – but not essential)
7. SCROLL DOWN and at the bottom of the screen click the box to accept agreement terms and click “Credit Card Payment” button.
8. Pay via (Stripe) SECURE Credit Card Payment.
9. Once Paid – click “NOW SELECT YOUR PLAYER” and tell us the lucky player you are generously sponsoring by entering their first and last names (or we can allocate one for you via the check box)
10. Your work is done! You can download your tax invoice/receipt by clicking the “Tax Receipt” link in the left main menu and then invoice download icon.
Feel free to explore your Club Ducks Sponsor Portal – you can add info and logo’s to your profile so the club can use these in marketing and also to track your entitlements and other relevant info by returning and logging in any time.
